Protein Packed Smoothie
The smoothie freshly blended.

1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds

1/4 cup Almonds

1/4 cup Raisins

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

6 Strawberries

1 medium Banana

1 cup coconut milk

  1. Place nuts and Pumpkin seeds in the blender, and add coconut milk.  Blend until smooth.

  2. Add Banana

  3. Add Raisins

  4. Add Strawberries

  5. Blend until it is smooth, and devoid of any chunks.

  6. Makes 1 smoothie.  Add More coconut milk if you want it less thick.  For extra protein substitute Almond Milk for Coconut Milk.
