Kick That Cold Juice


(Depending on the juicer, you may or may not have to cut the fruit into smaller pieces.)

Kick It Juice

Raw juice with garlic and ginger
Fruit and Veggies with a garlic and ginger kicker

 

1/2 Cup Blueberries

5 Strawberries

1/2 of a roma tomato

1/2 Cup of Mango

1/2 an Orange

1/8 tsp ground ginger (Mixed in last)

1 Clove of Garlic

Makes 1/2 Cup.  Be wary though.  The ginger adds a bit of a tang. 🙂
