8oz Mahi Mahi, flaked(Click for recipe)
2 Handfuls of mixed Romaine Salad, washed and pre-cut
1/4 cup shredded baby carrots
1/2 cup Mango in chunks
1/2 inch of Chevre Silver Goat Cheese, crumbled
2 tbsp Raspberry vinaigrette
1. Layer the salad in this order, Romaine, carrots, mango, Mahi Mahi, and goat cheese.
2. Drizzle dressing over the top and enjoy!
