Protein Packed Breakfast Smoothie
(Sans Protein Powder)
1/3 cup Pumpkin Seeds (Soaked overnight)
1/4 cup sliced Almonds
2/3 cup Almond Milk
1/3 cup Coconut Milk
1 medium Banana
3/4 Cup Mango, chunked
1 medium orange, juiced
Place nuts and Pumpkin seeds in the blender, and add Almond milk. Blend until smooth.
Add Coconut Milk
Blend until it is smooth, and devoid of any chunks.
Makes 1-16 ounce smoothie. Add More coconut milk if you want it less thick. This is a very filling smoothie.
