1/2 an Avocado, chunked
1 tbsp Red Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Sprouted bean mix
1 1/2 tbsp Goat Cheese Crumbles*
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tbsp EVOO
1. Mix first four ingredients first and set aside
2. Mix last two ingredients together until they blend.
3. Add the dressing to the salad, mix well and refrigerate 2 hours before eating.
