Protein and Potassium-Packed Fruit Salad

Papaya-Banana Protein Salad

This is my pre-workout salad.
Well. one of them anyway.

1 Cup Papaya, Chunked
1-6 inch Banana, Chunked
1 Tbsp Raw Sun Flower Nuts
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tsp coconut Flour
1 tsp Almond Flour

Don't completely process it until it is mush.
leave it chunky.

Place all the ingredients in the food processor and pulse until it is smaller chunks.  Any juice should be soaked up by the coconut flour.  Because of the vanilla and coconut, you don’t need any added sugar.  It’s naturally sweet.
