1 1/2 cups Cantaloupe
1 1/2 cups Watermelon
3 quarter inch slices of pineapple
1/2 large cucumber peeled
2 large carrots
Put it all in a smoothie maker, Ninja, Vitamix, whichever, and blend until smooth. Makes what you see here. If you’re using as Ninja, you may need to juice the carrots first.
