…or how I looked all over the internet for healthy Saint Patrick’s Day meals. WHEW
When I started this campaigning thing, I knew I was going to need post recipes for Saint Patrick’s Day, but I had three problems: 1) I am not Irish; 2) I live in a truck; 3) The recipes have to be healthy. Didn’t realize how hard it was until I started doing searches on the internet. Turns out, you can find healthy recipes for Saint Patrick’s Day, and here they are!
