Li’l Bit’s Chocolate Truffles

What you will need:
½ Cup Unsweetened Dark Chocolate Chips.
1 Tbsp Almond Butter
1/8 Cup Unflavored Greek Yogurt
1 Pinch Sea Salt
1 ½ Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
½ Tbsp Coconut Sugar
¼ Tsp Stevia
1 Tbsp Ground Chia Seeds
2 TBSP Ground Cacao or cocoa
1 Tsp Cinnamon
Place the Chocolate Chips in a double boiler to melt. You can use a microwave, but I don’t like nuking my food. It’s a thing. 🙂
When the chocolate is mostly melted, add the vanilla and the Stevia
In a separate bowl, combine the chia, yogurt, maple syrup, salt, and coconut flour.
Take the melted chocolate off of the heat and add the nut butter. I used Almond, but you can use organic peanut butter for a different taste or Cashew Butter to make it more creamy.
After the nut butter is blended, add the mixture in the bowl to the chocolate and nut butter.
Place in freezer for ten minutes.
Mix the powders in a bowl.
Take the chocolate out and, using a ½ Tbsp scoop, place each truffle in the powder and coat. Eat and Enjoy. It makes what you see in the picture.
